Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026. FigWize is an independent web and mobile platform for fig growers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, plan selection, authentication method, and app preferences.
When you use FigWize, you may add orchard records, tree details, propagation notes, harvest logs, photos, marketplace listings, messages, community posts, tasks, diagnostics, and climate data.
How we use information
We use your information to operate FigWize, sync your data between devices, process subscriptions and marketplace fees, support offline workflows, improve app features, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Marketplace activity may be used to support transactions between buyers and sellers, including listings, offers, messages, orders, and related fees.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
FigWize records how visitors move through sign-up (for example, starting sign-up, creating an account, and starting a trial) in its own analytics, along with the page or ad link that first brought you here. That source is saved with your account when you sign up.
If you accept cookies, we also load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies so we can measure our ads and see which pages are useful. Google and Meta process that data under their own privacy policies. If you decline, neither loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of our pages.
Storage, security, and offline sync
FigWize stores app data in managed cloud services and transmits data over HTTPS. The app and web portal are designed to support offline use; records may be stored locally on your device and synced when an internet connection is available.
Access controls are enforced so user records are scoped to the correct account, and administrative areas are restricted to approved admins.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not store your Google or Apple account password. Payments are handled by payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, depending on the feature.
Your choices and contact
You can update account information in the app, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, and request account deletion from account settings or through support.
Questions about privacy, or a request to delete your account and data, can be sent to figwize@gmail.com.
