Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information, photos, listings, messages, and records you add to FigWize. You must use accurate account information and may not use the service to mislead, harass, or harm others.

FigWize may offer free trials, paid plans, and plan-specific features for hobby growers, collectors, nurseries, and admins. Unless cancelled before the end of a trial, paid subscriptions may renew automatically through the applicable payment processor.

Marketplace sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, plant condition, fulfillment, shipping terms, and complying with all applicable plant, agriculture, and shipping rules.

FigWize may charge listing, final value, and optional upgrade fees. Fees are disclosed in the listing or checkout flow and may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or other supported payment options.

FigWize is designed to support offline use. Data entered offline may remain on your device until a connection is available. Sync conflicts or unavailable networks can delay updates across devices.

We may update features, plans, pricing, and these terms as the platform develops. We may restrict accounts or content that violate these terms, create security risk, or abuse the platform.
